Who handles your data
The data collected on this site is handled by the Quantyoum team. No registered company exists behind the project today: Quantyoum is an independent editorial project. For any question, or to exercise the rights described below, write to hello@quantyoum.com.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is the email address of Quantyoum Letters newsletter subscribers. We have no contact forms, user accounts or payment systems on this site.
How we collect it
Signup happens on beehiiv, the service we use to send the newsletter: the "Subscribe" button takes you to their page, it isn't a form on this site. Beehiiv Inc. is based in the United States, so your email address may be processed outside the EU, under the safeguards beehiiv states in its own privacy policy (beehiiv.com/privacy).
Why we process it
Only with your explicit consent, given when you subscribe.
For how long
As long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email you receive; it takes effect immediately.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing. Write to hello@quantyoum.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
